Ingredients:
- 50g Radishes
- 2 Tsp Aniseed Seed
- 1 Cup of Pickling Liquid (See Recipe Below)
Method:
- Place the radishes and aniseed in a bowl, add the pickling liquid
- Let stand for 10 minutes
Pickling Liquid
Ingredients :
- ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 30g Xylitol
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Salt
Method:
- Bring all the ingredients to simmer in a small pot. Simmer for 3 minutes
- Remove the pot from the head and let the liquid cool slightly that it is warm, but not hot.
- To serve: Pour the warm pickling liquid over the vegetables
