Pickled Radishes

  • 50g Radishes
  • 2 Tsp Aniseed Seed
  • 1 Cup of Pickling Liquid (See Recipe Below)


  • Place the radishes and aniseed in a bowl, add the pickling liquid
  • Let stand for 10 minutes

Pickling Liquid
Ingredients :

  • ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 30g Xylitol
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Salt


  • Bring all the ingredients to simmer in a small pot. Simmer for 3 minutes
  • Remove the pot from the head and let the liquid cool slightly that it is warm, but not hot.
  • To serve: Pour the warm pickling liquid over the vegetables
